        I had Lenco install three ductless mini split units in my Santa Monica condo. Terry the owner and Mike the installer were great to work with! They are a Mitsubishi Diamond Dealer (very knowledgeable and boosts the warranty a little bit I believe). They helped me locate a heat pump that fit the qualifications for a rebate from the city and worked around a chaotic schedule of mine when the installation had to be pushed back due to rainy weather. They also referred me to an electrician to help with the work needed to accommodate the extra electrical load. I was very happy with the electrician's work as well. I've been using the units all winter long and they are such a game changer compared to a gas heater/window A/C unit. Highly recommend!

      Sorry you feel this way. Checking our records we can not find any call from you. Before you leave a negative review you should ask to speak to the owner to address your complaint. I think that would be a more mature way to approach your issue. Leaving a negative review when no work has been performed is a mean spirited tactic and is a abuse of the review process.

      How can you leave a review and no comment on what happened or didn't happen. Another example of a broken review process. An individual can post and say what ever they want about a business with no accountability. How can a problem be addressed if there is no contact between the consumer and the business, If a rating is posted it should be mandatory that the consumer actually did business with the company.
