Stephane was very fast and professional in his initial quote and continued his great work ethic when we got a Daikin mini split for our apartment using his company. The day of installation, a three man crew came to install the mini split and all were wearing masks the whole time and were very respectful to our neighbors with parking and work. I highly recommend this place for any heat or ac services in the Greater Los Angeles region. Services: Installation, AC installation, Ductless heating and AC services

Very bad attitude of the owner and his workers, they are extremely rude and disrespectful with very little desire to help or service any customer. The guy they sent didn't even walk to see what was wrong with our AC, without even looking he stated we needed repairs for components that weren't problematic at ripoff prices, then gave us attitude and then they demanded us to pay $50 for what they call a free estimate when they did nothing.

Owners Eric and Stephane Wizmann, are total frauds and scammers, they ask for payment and after getting the money they never get the job done, a total mess, beware of this company Southwest Heating and Air Conditioning they are doing Fraudulent activities.

Warning these guys are committing elder abuse. Southwest Heating and Air Conditioning swindled my elderly relatives off charging them much more than was needed for a part that did not even fix their air conditioner when they rushed to their next appointment and we had to hire another company to fix it. No wonder. This company is trash and their ethics are down the toilet.
