My husband booked the reservation at ticketatwork, Upon checkin I made it clear to the front desk receptionist that I've booked my reservation through ticketatwork ,and it give me the option to booked my reservation from 11pm 04-04-24 thru 11pm 04-07-24. A total of $371. The receptionist made it clear that it would not be a problem and i would not be charged extra upon check out, upon check out date 04-07-24 , around 710pm, my room key was not working, I've spoke with another representative and she claimed that checked out was 11am and I have to pay a difference off $55 to go get my belongings and checked out in a couple of hours or have security escorted me to get my belongings if I do not want to pay the additional fee ,I've explained to her what I've explained to the previous receptionist upon checked in, she stated she been working here for 15 years and never saw a checked out at 11pm, i simply stated that you guys need to be on the same page and stop scamming customers,however the website never stated there was a Daily parking fee of $55, therefore I was billed a addition of $246, a total of $617.for 3 night, also ,no microwave,I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND,THIS DISHONEST RIPOFF SCAM SERVICE!!!

Nice clean rooms and nice bathrooms. Comfy beds. Close to the airport with free shuttle.

This was a very nice hotel. Very close to lax with shuttle service. Clean spacious room. Staff was very nice. No complaints at all.

Had a great week at a dance convention and on the night before we go home my daughters 2 teddies have gone missing went down to reception straight away after checking the entire room and was told there was nothing they could do was told to come back down at 7 my daughter has been up all night crying as 1 off them means everything to her been told they will contact the Landry place to see if they are there honestly dont know how they could have done this had totally ruined a great week but I doubt Ill get these back I think the cleaning staff should be more careful
Rooms: Room are spacious but just watch your stuff

LATAM put us here because of a delay. Even though we didnt pay a dime for our stay, this hotel and their staff are disgustingly awful.
