We stayed 2 nights, pressed the button for room cleaning as we left in the morning and returned after dinner on the second day without any room service being done at all.

I would not recommend this hotel if you require somewhere to park your car. Their garage has spaces that are reserved for guests, but an additional charge is necessary to use the parking. I was shocked to hear it would be 68 dollars PER DAY. When I got to my room, the shower floor looked like it needed a scrub badly and the toilet had something from the previous visitor on the seat that I had to clean off. I was so put off by that I laid down toilet paper to sit on in a hotel I paid 250 a night for Their room service comes from the restaurant downstairs. They charge an 18% automatic gratuity and 10% for something else added onto your total. In my opinion 17 dollars for mac and cheese is already enough. At about one in the morning, I was woken up by this bizarre sound. It wasnt really a sound, more like a vibration that I could feel in my eardrums. I deduced it was from the jets taking off overhead (I was on the eighth floor out of ten). It was difficult to tune out and it happened cyclically. The parking attendants will treat you very poorly. I cant believe they hold a job there. Each attendant I saw had absolutely no customer service skills. This was Joes parking lot behind the hotel. Dont expect much from them. One guy in the parking lot went the wrong way and the attendant belittled him and spoke to him in a condescending way. As if those crazy LA parking lots are easy for anyone to navigate. Finally, for general information, the security deposit was 300 dollars. There are a few redeeming qualities to this place, though. The front desk service was very welcoming. I felt like they would attempt to accommodate me for any reasonable requests I would have to the best of their ability. The room was visually pleasing. Lots of low lighting in the living area and bright white mirror lights in the bathroom. The bed was genuinely the most comfortable hotel bed Ive ever had the pleasure of sleeping in. The pillows were very soft as well. Their elevator system is wonderful. You select a floor on a touch screen and it then assigns an elevator to you. I found it to be very efficient. No wait for an elevator at all. There is a coffee shop, subway, and a donut stand available for reasonable prices around the building. Lastly, they are very close to LAX and car rental options. If youve got money to blow, by all means, check this place out. If youre balling on a budget, maybe just avoid LA all together.

Hands down the cleanest hotel Ive ever stayed at. The rooms & hotel itself were spotless! Not once did it give off that nasty hotel smell that you usually get. Staff was nice for the most part, some of the front desk girls seemed uninterested in my questions but they were the late night shift. The shuttle to the airport was a hassle! Drivers were rude! We were fortunate to have a car so we didnt have to rely on them much. And the roof top decksome of the most AMAZING VIEWS of Los Angeles & LAX. I can look past the small stuff. Id 100% recommend this hotel for family & friends. There is a restaurant/bar, coffee cafe, & donuts sold in the lobby. Rooms: HUGE ROOMS, with HUGE WINDOWS. Nice lighting, beds were comfortable, & bathroom was amazing. Only thing that didnt work great in our room was the mini fridge. Safety: Always felt safe. Never had any issues with anyone. They have security walking around as well. That was almost anywhere in LA. Noteworthy details: The roof top deck is a great place to soak up the sunshine. We enjoyed breakfast everyday of our stay! And the views are hard to beat..even in the mountains.
