Palihotel Hollywood

I heard about the wet floor accident lately about your West Hollywood location, the unfairness and dishonesty you treated your customers were shocking to me. I will never stay at your hotel anymore. And I will tell all my friends and family not staying at your hotel. You should treat your customers better.

This was my first time staying here and I am incredibly happy. The rooms were nice and clean, the pool is awesome and heated and open until 9pm which is great. Ianna was so attentive and welcoming. She made my pool side experience so enjoyable. Her positive energy and smile goes a long way- theres not a lot of people out there like her. The place is in a good spot, in n out next door and Hollywood walk of stars 4 min walk. Rooms: Clean and aesthetic Safety: Theres people always around Walkability: Walk to target, and other nearby stores!

I had an amazing hotel experience at the Palihotel from the interior design, cleanliness, to room service and the wonderful customer service experience I had with Hande. When I decided to extend a night she upgraded my room while checking me in. Since it was my first time in California. She told me all the tourist activities I should participate which was very helpful. When I come back to LA trust me this is my go to place to stay in when I visit again.

Beautiful hotel. Only complaint was hearing the hotel music in our room, as it was over the lobby/bar area, so if you prefer quiet you might want to request a room that is further back.

It was nice to feel the effort put into decorating the hotel with great care. Everything about the hotel was good, but when I tried to go through the door on the first floor to the lobby, I got my hand caught in the door twice. The structure of the door was a little strange, so I thought it would be good to have a danger sign. The bar in the lobby was nice, and you can relax by the pool during the day.
