Encore Motel

Very simple motel, located in Marina Del Rey, near Santa Monica and Venice Beach. Check-in was a bit impersonal, employee a bit uninterested. Window between the counter at the "reception", but we were able to check in at 1:00 PM. Room was quite spacious for the big city, quite simple but most things are there. No safe, door and the lock is of little significance, more of an interior door. There is a large TV with HBO and a small kitchenette with a refrigerator and a good king-size bed. Room was quite clean. Virtually no problems with traffic. Motel also looks quite retro, but don't let that put you off. Across the street is Subway, Inn & Out Burger and Starbucks, so plenty of options for breakfast. Another big advantage is that parking is included.

Automatic doors, you can see the universe when you turn off the lights of the bedroom and look to the roof.

Very clean room only bad thing is that check out it's at 10AM instead if 11am
