Hollywood Honda

I arrived at my appointment time and tried to check-in, but no one would help me or tell me where to wait or if I was even good to drop my car and leave. I found it strange that no one greeted me, unlike the many other Hondas I've been too. They were also just blatantly rude when I asked questions about my vehicle. I highly recommend the Honda of downtown instead.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR OIL CHANGES, IT IS 120 ON "SPECIAL" ... THEY RIPPED ME OFF BY $30 COMPARED TO $90 IN DOWNTOWN LA HONDA - it is a rip off when you bought the car in Hollywood, paid $100 over the last years and then to come and pay $120 out of the blue, it is a rip off when Downtown LA charges $90 dollars for the exact same maintenance service.... $30 dollar rip off, enjoy my extra $30 that i paid your money hungry team.... i received a $5.00 coupon from your team to my house, i trusted your advertisement, when i showed up. i was told, "no discount can be applied as 119 is your online special " get your advertisement and pricing in line and stop sending me false advertisement...

Worst dealership ever! Poor customer service! Aggressive sales managers and ignorant mechanics shop employees! Came here with my 2023 Accord hybrid that broke down in the middle of freeway, system fault , brake fault, steering wheel failure, everything. Asked for help and they said comeback tomorrow we cant do anything now, it is 4:45pm and we are getting closed in 15 minutes. They have insulted even their own brand apologizing by saying sorry we are not a Mercedes or Lexus brand. This is a cheap brand. One thing is clear, i will never buy Honda again! Not in this part of the country!
