Such a nice sweetgreen location. The person who made my salad was very considerate, had a great attitude, and even asked me if there was anything else i needed. The people there give you their full attention. Top notch service.

This was a bad bad experience. Ive been getting food from here about 6 or 7 times, and its been fairly good. Last week, we ordered two salads (the crispy rice salad). After we arrived home and opened the containers, we noticed that one of the salads had the chicken missing completely, and we were also missing the almonds, and the bread we had ordered. To make matters even worse, the wild rice in both salads was COMPLETELY UNCOOKED! I mean, it is one thing to make human error and forget things, but to sell UNCOOKED COLD RICE is beyond me!! We were so disappointed and shocked. Instead of eating dinner, we ended up spending our time trying to contact sweet greens. No one picked up the phone. The chat representative finally offered to give us a credit on our account, only to cancel the credit after a few minutes and saying we werent eligible for it. We spent $35 on two salads, that had to be thrown in the trash.
Ps. They also said that our salads were ready on the online tracker, but when we went inside to pick them up, they said they hadnt even started, so we had to wait an extra 20 minutes, paying for parking, when we could have just shown up later. I am sadly never returning. This was unacceptable and unsafe.
