I found this contractor through a head hunter agency because I didn't believe in Yelp, Google, or Angie's List. I was willing to pay the agency to get a guaranteed legitimate contractor since I had many bad experiences with previous remodels. I have to admit Pacific 1 was definitely worth the money. The contractor was at the job site about 95% of the time during the duration of the remodel and made sure every aspect of the job was going according to the time schedule written in the contract. He also kept me informed of any problems which arose during the work so that I can make the decision before continuing the work. His eye for detail and any flaws he saw were remedied by his knowledge of how to solve the problems. He also did follow ups after the job was completed to be sure everything was working. If you want the job done correctly, I highly recommend using Pacific 1. I absolutely recommend Pacific 1 Construction. Charlie is a skilled contractor, designer, and project manager that I've trusted with a living room remodel, kitchen remodel, and front yard renovation. The work was done quickly, with an emphasis on quality.

This company installed artificial grass and gravel in the front of our yard. I was very satisfied with their work. Charley represented the company well with his knowledge and communicative skills. His desire to ensure that we received the exact design that we had envisioned was refreshing. I would definitely use them for other jobs.
