The Customer service was impeccable! Our sales rep walked with me all morning and helped me decide the correct pieces for my new apartment. Great quality pieces and medium range prices... you pay for what you got! I will definitely recommend the place and I will come back to finish my decor!

Excellent experience. Everyone at Flagship Design Center was very helpful and informative. Showing us differences in models, structural features and fabric selection. Actually selected different model of a modern recliner than I had favored online. Cant wait to receive it! Everyone was extremely well informed and very courteous. In all a pleasure to shop at Los Angeles Furniture Store - Flagship Design Center.

This is the best furniture store to purchase items for home (bedroom, living room, bathroom, closets, office, dresser... everything you need!!! The customer service is top notch. Flagship Design Center truly aims to please. What I really love is that long lasting relationships are established with the owner. This furniture store becomes one of those, "word of mouth" places, passed on so others can benefit from a great shopping experience. I received my delivery today. It was fast and efficient. My students are going to love the space that I am creating, thanks to #1 Los Angeles Furniture! Thank you my friend!

We ordered some beautiful furniture from Flagship Design Center in Los Angeles back in October 2019 for delivery in Feb 2020. However, Covid intervened resulting us in having to fly home to the UK before taking delivery. Whilst in the UK, we then heard from a friend that the Los Angeles branch had closed and we were genuinely concerned. (we were wrong) Well, we returned to Los Angeles last week, over 2 years after we placed the original order, and the furniture was delivered the day after we returned!!! We are delighted with everything, Flagship Design Center had stored all of our furniture for over two years, did not even discuss charging us for storage and constantly reassured us that the furniture was safe and they were ready to deliver as soon as we returned. This store is the only store in California that we have encountered with such high quality contemporary furniture but with the staff to match. Every person we dealt with from the salesman in the L.A. store to customer service have been fantastic polite, helpful and knowledgeable. We will be travelling up to Los Angeles next time we need additional furniture - they are the BEST!!!
