After receiving an email from their recruiting person for the grants associate position, and confirming the interview, I was prepared to interview. Literally 7 minutes from the start of the interview I receive a text from Charlette that I will not be interviewing because it is out of my scope. I responded that I am still interested but she never responded back. Very unprofessional.

Ms. Smith scheduled two interviews with me over the phone, the first one she missed our interview date and time then she emailed to reschedule, then we set up a second interview and she just left me hanging. Then I called her office because I didn't hear from her at all. Then she sent me a email telling me you are moving forward. I didn't even have a opportunity to present myself. What she did was very unprofessional. I think all human resources professional should be more sympathetic to people like me, and she needs to remember that she was in my shoes before.
