RANCID Avocado Oil EVEN when just opened. Horrible customer service. Have been using this oil for years and recently I noticed the last two bottles I purchased had a nasty smell to the oil (Smelled like A@@). The first bottle, I thought it went bad because I didn't use it fast enough so I threw it away. The second bottle, smelled the exact same way and I had just opened it. When you heat up the oil, it smells so bad, it makes you want to puke. I reached out to the company to let them know the problem and they asked me to send a picture of the bottle (and I did). They also asked me for my address which I also provided. I was thinking they were at least going to send me a voucher to get a replacement bottle since the bottles I bought were completely rancid and I wasted my money. There was no response, not even a thank you for letting us know. They probably want to just ignore the issue and just sell the bottles so they don't lose money on a bad batch. I purchased another brand's avocado oil and had no issues with the smell. I would not buy their oil unless you like the smell of A@@ in your food.
