Advantage Testing of Los Angeles

I cannot express our sincere appreciation and awe for the exceptional tutoring and process at Advantage Testing of LA. My son worked with Alex to prepare for the ACT. In just a few months, he went from a 21 in the fall to a 33 in the winter and expect this will rise! My son goes to an exceptional, small private school and after just his first session with Alex said, "I learned more in that one session than in months at school!" He really looked forward to his lessons. Highly recommend ATLA!

We had a fantastic experience working with Caroline G. on ACT test prep. Caroline takes an individualized approach and designed a tutoring plan specific to our student's pace and capabilties with outstanding results. We will absolutely work with Caroline again with our younger children.

I first spoke to Paul Siemens at Advantage Testing about working with our son. What impressed me most about Paul was that he told us that he didn't think that our son necessarily needed to take the ACT or SAT. I liked his low pressure, non salesman approach and thought that the things he said really made sense. We still ended up using Advantage and felt our son benefited from working with his tutor. Through the process, he gained a degree of confidence, which has helped him greatly. When it became time for our daughter to prepare for college testing, Paul thought she would work well with Caroline Giuliani. Caroline has given her wonderful instruction & has helped mentor her and guide all of us through the test taking process. With Caroline's efforts, our daughter was able to obtain a score of 34 on her very first ACT test. Not only are Advantage instructors smart, but they are also thoughtful & extremely professional. We feel so fortunate to have discovered this wonderful company and could not be happier.

I reached out to Advantage because I needed to study up for the GMAT on short notice and had heard from a close friend that Advantage was the go to tutoring company for pretty much any standardized test. I only had 6 weeks before my test date and needed to bump up my score a good amount to get in the range of my target schools. My tutor, Dave Matos, set up a rigorous but very doable study routine that we dove right into. He was able to quickly identify the areas I needed to focus on, and clearly explain the the toughest problems in a way that made them seem easy. He had a ton of go to techniques that I was able to draw on when I took the test and got a great score that was just what I needed to apply to my dream schools. I can't recommend Advantage, and Dave specifically, high enough. If you need to bump up your scores for any application, this is the place to go.

I received Advantage's contact through a friend at my highs school who had just graduated and got into her dream school. From my first call with the company, I knew Advantage had my back. Overall, I have loved working with Advantage Testing on my college applications, specifically Lindsay Chambers. Lindsay was there to help me through all my work, even when the load felt heavy. I was always able to reach her and benefited from all her feedback. I recently received an acceptance letter from one of my top schools which I truly could not have done without the help of Advantage and my counselor. I highly recommend this service to any teens feeling overwhelmed with the college application process. Lindsay was so kind and overall and amazing person to work with.
