They were great! fast service and quick visit, no waiting. I'm on the verge 9f losing my 2 front teeth. Western Dental only gave me the option of extraction but Family Dental said they can save them!! A friend got great new front teeth from them and recommended them.

I came to this dentist at the end of last year. Not only is the staff unorganized but the Doctors refuse to consider patient care or comfort. I had series of appointments scheduled and during my third appointment the dr started the procedure before they even numbed my mouth. After i yelled out in pain the doctor insisted that i was being a " Baby about it". I havent been to the dentist since.

My uncle referred me to this place and theyre amazing!!very neat and clean office and patient area. I had a root canal and crown procedure performed and their prices are very affordable.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST OFFICE! I was charged $95 for procedures that they did not actually do! I had to file a complaint with my insurance and they found that the procedures I was charged for were not done and are procedures that I would not need given my X-rays!
After the dentist appointment where I was charged for services that were not done, I called the dentist office to ask about procedures. The dentist told me that the procedures were done but all she did was put mouth wash in my mouth. She expected me to not know what mouth wash tastes like I guess but I knew I had only had a regular cleaning. However the dentist INSISTED that she did the procedures, which was a lie.
To top it all off, Lulu (one of the office workers) tried to call me a liar about the situation over the phone because she didnt know all the facts.
I would avoid this dental office at all costs or make sure to get a receipt explaining your charges if you ever feel like you are paying for something they did not do! Most likely, you are paying for something they didnt do and they are trying to overcharge you and your insurance company! BE AWARE!
