Both offices Vermont and Washington are very unprofessional. They have the worse staff ever no communication with patient no CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS the doctors must feel embarrassed about how the staff runs that office. I would had fired every single one of them and replace them with Staff that actually want to work and care for patients and know the HIPAA Regulations by heart. Patients information always misplace or located at the wrong office. They dont answer call on a timely manner they have the patient waiting on hold for over 20 min. They are Rude and careless. HOW EMBARRASSING
