        Excellent service at a reasonable price. Had a very old 15 year old Mac that stopped working. People at MelroseMac diagnosed what the problem was and recommended some options. We had them then wipe the data and recycle it. No appointment needed was the best part

        Awesome place. They were able to help me with my iPhone repair in 5 minutes and were very knowledgable and fairly priced. The store itself is pristine and well merchandised. It feels like the Apple Store.

        Visiting from out of town and the very friendly staff quickly diagnosed the problem with my Mac. I was early for my appointment but they saw me right away. They even recommended that I take my Mac home to get repaired. A business that passes up business because its better for the customer says a lot to me.

        I found this place to be way more pleasant than the nearby Apple Store at the Grove which is always hectic and overbooked with Genius Bar appointments. I didn't end up needing service for this particular visit, but the in house Genius and Erica and the front desk were super helpful in troubleshooting my Macbook issues. Would definitely come back here.
