the customer service over the phone is not good. a lot of wait time and difficult to get some person to speak, always this conputer voice tells to press buttons and does not work properly :( personal experience

Knowledgeable, personable, capable and excellent customer care, John is a true professional. He is not after the $ like other shops. He wants to help each of his customers.

Honest guys. I took my MacBook Pro to get the battery replaced. The new battery apparently wouldn't last for more than 2-3 hrs and the guy told us upfront. He could have easily told us to replace, but he was honest!

I came to the CompuTech Support Services with an emergency technical need. Fiddel dropped everything he was doing to assist me and get me on my way quickly. The entire group is courteous, professional and on top of their game. Jason,Matt, and Eric and the rest of the team are awesome.

The greatest, bar none. Even when I'm thousands of miles away -- and sometimes an ocean away -- I go to Stan first, because as a professional writer, I trust him with my livelihood without hesitation. Can't give a higher recommendation than that.
