I met Gunter Prentner over 20 years ago while I was working in commercial property management in Century City. Having moved on to the investment management side since, we have been in contact throughout the years and Gunter continuously impressed me with his insights and passion for the business. Gunter Prentner is a highly skilled commercial real estate professional in virtually every aspect of CRE. He puts his client's interest at the forefront of all negotiations and achieves superior results for them. In the event I have a West Los Angeles requirement to fulfill, he is my first call as I know that the client will be taken care of in the best possible manner and I don't have to worry about the outcome.
