Ordered sticker sheets for an event. I was charged the full amount, but the sticker sheets never showed up. This is a scam!

Caution!!!! If you are on a time schedule or need your items for an event, be cautious of this company!!!! This company has to have the worst consumer service ever. I ordered stickers and paid for express shipping so they would arrive before my event. It was the night before the event, and the items were supposed to have arrived at 8 pm on Friday night. I called around 8 pm Friday night when the package did not arrive. I was then told that there was a shipping delay. After an investigation by myself, they shipped out the stickers a day later than they were supposed to, and they did not upgrade the shipping so that the stickers would arrive on time. I then asked the representative if I could pick up the stickers at the FedEx facility. She said I could and would get an email with the address and time to pick them up. I did not receive an email, so I called again on Friday. They then said that I would get an email by 8 am the next morning. 8 am came, and I did not receive an email. I called them, and they proceeded to tell me that the other people had lied to me and that I would not be able to pick up the stickers. So I waited for the email making me late for my event to find out that they lied to me and that I could not pick up the stickers. They left my company at an event without the stickers, and me late for the event because of their lies. if you need your items in a timely manner, I would proceed with great caution with this company.

Ive ordered from them twice now. Theyre good people with good intentions. Please give them the benefit of the doubt, and try to place orders as early as possible. I dont know who their proofer is, but they know exactly what to do for images/cropping/safe zones. It came out way more vibrant than I was expecting, but all that I was hoping for. (I know that images get duller when printed out, so I had low expectations, but the quality was SO good and it came out so well. Really bright, just like I was hoping for.) Thank you for extending out the image where necessary for safer cutting/leeway. I didnt think to do that for one sticker, and they did the work for me. A+ proof work and printing.
