        Im an active customer with multiple lines. A year ago I purchased a mobile hot spot device as well a plan to go with the device. I canceled it within a few month but kept the device. Tried going into this location to have the device reactivated and the plan renewed but was told I needed to purchase the same device all over again before they could renew everything. In addition to that I wouldve had to pay for a reactivation fee. The issue Im having with this location is the lack of honesty. They blatantly lied to my face and almost had me waste my money. The next location I went to immediately helped me out. I had my device reactivated for $5 and my plan renewed.
