      • Need Privacy

        I was at the Budget rental. I went there it was loud, like psychotic and unsanitary. Ryan was there couldn't speak properly or keep proper distance was weak. Then was unprofessional and obsessed. Couldn't say why they can't keep proper distance. Also couldn't stop obsessing. They need to mind their own business. Couldn't do it. It was very disgusting.

        Ryan was very helpful in my situation. I came to LA for a family emergency. My online reservation made a mistake on the day of pick up. Suddenly I received a call from the hospital to pick up daughter. Ryan was so understanding and had no trouble in acquiring a rental car. Without him, the one way rental would not been possible. Many thanks for great customer service.
