They are the worst, I booked a reservation for 12 pm pt pick up. Then I arrived and they said they ran out of cars and that the next available have until 1 pm for drop off. Why didnt they call me to let me know before I arrived? When I asked if they can call around their sister locations, they said it was above their pay grade. Worst service ever.

Worst service I've ever received in my life. I arrived to pick up the car I rented and it was already paid for. When it came time to pass my card to the security deposit, the attendant tried to go through the magnetic stripe, but I explained that in Brazil no credit card did not pass through a magnetic stripe, only by chip or approach. He said he couldn't do anything and that the problem was mine and that he wasn't going to give me the car.
