        I rented a car at this location on 1/19/23. The car I rented was not available as a matter of fact there were no other rental cars available at this site. Customer service was horrendous. The place was dirty. The car I received was never cleaned inside or out. When I told the employee that it was not cleaned he shrugged his shoulders and said thats all we have. After returning the rental I get a letter practically a month later from Avis that I will be charged $450.00 for cleaning services because the car smelled like smoke. News flash I DONT SMOKE and it smelled that way because THE CAR WAS NEVER CLEANED! Do yourself a favor and save yourself the heartache and DONT rent from this location!!!! I wouldnt even give this place one star because they dont deserve it.

        They didnt have the correct car available. So they gave me a large sedan which is 100% the opposite of what I wanted to drive around in LA. I prepaid for fuel but the car had a half tank. I was not going back to complain because the person who helped me was constantly coughing and sneezing with no mask on. seriously not cool. Avis - do better. Poor experience.
