Rented a car for 2 days in April 2022. Really impressed by this particular car rental location. The location is convenient, the service was fast and friendly, the agent offered us a free upgrade to a Camaro as we were first-time users of Avis (the car was in great condition and was a thrill to drive), and allowed us to do after-hours return at no extra charge. Other car rental locations should look up to how this location treats its customers.

Had a great experience here. I interacted with 3 staff members (one during check-in on 1/7/23, the lot attendants on 1/7 and 1/14/23, and another during check-out on 1/14/23--wish I got their names). They're all very friendly, efficient, and reliable. Car was clean and great to drive. I'll definitely be returning.

Just returned my 4th or 5th rental of the year and once again I'm delighted by the way this Avis accomodates its customers. They're as quick with an upgrade as they are with an extension, but they're quickest with sharing a smile - and that smile stayed on my face from pick-up to drop-off!
