Avis Car Rental

I rented a car a week ago. My reservation was for Friday at 16:00, and the return was scheduled for Monday at 08:00. When I came to take the car, the representative at the desk told me I can bring the car at any time before 16:00 on Monday without extra charge. I brought back the car at 11:00, and no one told me something about being late. A few days later, I discovered 40$ charge for the late return of the car. Now I need to spend my time on my vacation in an effort to get my money back.

Insanely rude lady at the counter. Should be fired for her extremely poor customer service. They should also add proper signs for where to return the car and write the correct address on the rental documents.

The car was OK, got an upgrade. However, the lady at the counter tried to pressure sell unnecessary supplemental insurances. Her attitude was very unpleasant and she provided false information on Avis liability coverage for the vehicle.

The lady in charge is so slow and unprofessional. She made us wait for so long and was busy making personal calls during work hours.
