        Long wait 2.5 hrs from arrival. Did not have vehicle we reserved ( we did get an upgrade ) yet the only choice for family of 6 from mini van was to large SUV. Then the down town hotel we reserved could not accommodate the SUV in parking. Made it very difficult for everyone

        It took over an hour to get our car. The location had limited staff for a huge line up. Then after we got our car we then had to wait another 30mins for it to arrive in the lot, even though there were hundreds of cars sitting in the lot. They kept on saying the car was getting hand washed. Never knew it took almost two hours to wash a car. I would not recommend!
