        Flipped my visor down and into my lap falls a used face mask. Car was clearly not cleaned and service was absolutely horrendous. Zero stars for helpfulness. Even though I'm getting the car complementary from Audi, they gave me no info about the car or anything. She didn't explain the contract in anyway whatsoever. This is not only unsanitary but the worst customer service.
