This is the worst Chase branch ever in terms of scheduling an appointment and managing their staff schedule. They confirmed an appointment but when we came in they let us waited more or less 30 minutes and told us the staff whos assigned to us was out of office and they dont have any staff available to cover, then told us to set another schedule (Seriously!??). What a waste of time. They should have reached out before hand to reschedule or better not to confirm any appointments if they cant accommodate.

Chase has gone down hill in LA fast. Less ATMs. This location has three outside. Two of them have been broken for weeks. The third one is missing parts. The bank closes at 5:00 if you work until 5:00 pm.

Nicole Walls the assistant branch manager is the most unprofessional inhospitable Chase associate I have ever interacted with. She inserted her rude unwelcome commentary into a conversation I was having with another teller regarding my account.
She repeatedly shared her unwelcome opinions related to matter that the teller assisting me was fully capable of handling.
When I mentioned to the teller that she could keep her opinions to herself she became more vocal as if she was challenging me related to information that I never asked her for.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from this branch at all costs.
Also they only had 1 client representative available in this branch they had clients approaching the teller to handle account management which was a complete waste of time. They need manage the schedule of staff in a better way.
