I cant deal with how inaccessible this bank is all the time, especially since the ATM is only accessible during the same time the bank is and there are just no other options anywhere else. Ill be switching banks because of this

Terrible bank. Regular transfers are completed in only 3 days. It's just terrible. No other bank works like this!!

Unprofessional and rude service from Meiling. I went to cash 3 of my paychecks and she had the nerve of telling me to wait because she needed permission from her manager to cash them. I've had the account for more than 4 years. I'll be looking into other banks that does not give humbling experiences to their customers.

Horrible experience! The banker Isabel was a complete clueless banker. States shes been there 2years and told me complete wrong information according to her manager. Someone like her shouldnt be allowed to handle anyones money in my opinion. Im new in California and they cant seem to understand how not all out of state licenses look like Californias. The bank didnt appeal to friendly or helpful opening a new account. I do not recommend this location at all. If I could give a score it would honestly be a -10!
