        Ughh I suppose it’s a good thing this branch is closing up. The younger girl behind the glass that wears braces...ive never seen anyone so ugly with such and ugly personality. She has a horrible attitude.

        If I could do minus 5 stars I would. I would highly warn against doing business at this branch. I suspect the branch manager is a racist after my recent dealings there regarding a fraudulent charge. Myself and the 80-year old I was there helping were treated like trash. His rudeness and anger were unprovoked. I'm currently making a formal complaint to US Bank headquarters. No one should be treated the way we were today. I left swallowing my pride and in tears choosing not to make a scene.
