I usually come to this chase and never had any problems but today was a little different. While walking in I was greeted by a gentleman (never got his name) by the door. Standing next in line a woman behind the window named Dacia began to call over the gentleman. She began to down-talk him and sounding really condescending about the way he was greeting and how he should also ask if people need help and blah blah. Which is fine because there is nothing wrong with constructive criticism but cmon maam there is a time and place for everything, this went on for a good minute which made me and everyone else in line feel weird. The chase is super quiet as it is and she made the energy in the room really awkward. Whether shes the manager or a coworker that conversation should have happened behind closed doors. I politely told her that next time she should have those types of convos behind closed doors and she wasnt too happy about my constructive criticism lol overall Im pretty sure Dacia was mad that there was a line forming but thats not the greeters fault. Sad to see when employees dont get along with each other.
