Chase Bank

Not a bank. It's a ATM that's open only from 9-5pm. There's no ATM afterwards. No teller here, just ATM assistants. Can't do thing a normal bank can do. It's an apartment building with a Chase logo on top and a ATM that's open only from business hours.

First time at this location and I was completely new to this particular Chases setup. I wanted to know where I could locate the atms (again new to this location) and I attempted to ask the women in the video. I was completely ignored. I wasnt trying to ask for favors or to actually go inside (they were closed) I was lost and had a simple question. I came to post about it here and see others have had displeasing services as well.

This is a SCAM location. it's ONLY an ATM with a "teller" inside to validate parking. It's a COMPLETE waste of time. You can't get anything done with a personal banker because there isn't one. The parking is a nightmare. You have to validate and then by the time you get to your car, the time runs out and you have to pay out of pocket! DON'T COME HERE!
