When you sign the contract pay attention to this. when you move out they get a lot for cleaning. In the statement they say that no matter if you clean or not, they do the cleaning. Second, They charge you for painting the apartment, even if have kept apartment very clean and nice. I made sure the apartment is returned in the best condition. I have all the pictures for everybody who is interested to see. But they charges me $425 for repainting.

This is one of the worst places I have ever stayed at . Since I moved in December I have had several leaking problems in my bedroom and living room. They sent me maintenance more than 15 times and its never fixed. It looks like the maintenance share the apartment with me now lol! . I pay more than 3000$ rent for a one bedroom and they put a bucket in the middle of the room that been there for 3 months. I told them I am I to paying rent till they fix it and they sent me a 3 days notice. I contacted a lawyer. Be careful dealing with this company.homeless people all Over the building all the time . Check the photos. Cockroaches inside my apartment since I moved. Homeless people always on the street right next to the building. My packages were stolen many times from mail room

The leasing guy is Very unprofessional. He was talking to us with a vey rude language. We also asked a Neigbor who lived there and it was their last day. They said bad things about management and how they dont care about their tenants at all or get anything done on time.

Management is vey bad at this property. They always have Maintenace issues. Pool and jacuzzi are never clean. Their apartments is overpriced. My girlfriend bike was stolen twice during the time we lived there and they broke into my storage unit and cut the locks twice. Manager did nothing..
