PLEASE FIX BLDG 1 ELEVATOR IT HAS BEEN OUT FOR 2 WEEKS. Update the elevator is now operating Thank You!! Update stars went up after this post we received a mass email telling us the problem with the door THANK YOU that is appreciated please keep informing us of things that are broken now for bldg 1 elevator As for the fire alarms they did fix the problem in the beginning when our fire alarms kept going off due to the system, now we unfortunately have to deal with a idiot that pulls them and sets off fire extinguishers in the stairwell Grateful that playa did mass text us all this information and we have a idea of what the idiot looks like. So as for the fire alarms constantly going off that has ceased. (("the doors are constantly locking uou out by la fitness so you can not come in maintenance treats you disrespectfully when you tell them about it...and the hot tub is nit working so what are we payong for nothing we are getting ripped off!! Update due to the fire alarms going off constantly And I mean constantly "))this was fixed THANK YOU!!! The grounds are gorgeous and now that we can use the amenities it is like living in a hidden oasis in L.A. bit of a rocky start with covid when I 1st moved in. Sometimes the college kids are obnoxious so heads up on that. But for the most part everyone is respectful.

The paint on the walls is cheap and rubs off on all of my stuff because its eggshell which means its entirely useless and I can never get my water heater to give me hot water, its ridiculous!
