I can confirm all these other reviews are correct in that there are way too many problems with this place. Management is inept at handling situations. Look at the photos I just posted. This was today outside our unit. You want to live here? Think again. Read this review. Don’t do it. Look elsewhere for the price. Place is disgusting. Management didn’t even do anything about this homeless situation as it’s happened before. They ignore and move on.

This place is great, you’re in Beverly Hills once you cross the street you can’t find this price anywhere in Beverly Hills. Staff is awesome love that my parents got me this spot.

I love living in the community. I have been here for 2 years now and the management and staff have been very good to me. They fix problems quickly and are very attentive. The views are incredible and the facilities are really excellent. Perfect location conveniently away from the Beverly Hills tourism . Joel and his team are excellent .
