        Warning to potential tenants, apartment building has bed bugs and roaches, heavenly combo. They went through a couple of management changes and current management IS THE WORST. Moved out and they made me pay for carpet replacements. What a scam, they took $400+ for carpet replacement AND $215 for STANDARD CLEANING out of my deposit so they dont have to pay from their pocket for basic up keep for the next tenant. I had no pets and carpets went through normal wear and tear. Mail theft ALL DAY EVERYDAY and management refuses to do anything about it. Previous management at least kept packages in the office and texted residents when they had packages to prevent mail theft. Pool has ducks all the time and they dont tell you this but the pool will be closed if ducks are in it because of some environmental protection law.

        If you like roaches and having your packages stolen, move here! The employees openly allow people to dig through packages right in front of the office, and they refuse to buy a camera or anything to stop the theft. The pool is filthy with ducks living in it half the time. The hot tub has never worked. 2 stars for being quiet and having parking.
