        Good building and management team. Maintenance is excellent. The star of the show, however, is Hector who manages the front desk and takes care of any situation rapidly, professionally, and always with a smile.

        This review isn't about the building. It's specifically about one of the amazing staff members, Hector. I've lived at 717 Olympic for 8 years now. Hector has always treated me and my family with kindness and respect. He also has excellent customer service skills as well. Whenever I had any minor issue while living at 717, he was always consistently positive and helpful. Hector has been killing it so long at 717, it'd be awesome to see him get promoted. He truly deserves it!

        The building is fantastic, no complaints. Everything is open 24/7 and the staff is incredably accomdating, especially Chris the maintenance guy he's helped me out a lot.
