Booked a tour with a representative over the phone who provided email confirmation of the date and time. Nobody was present in the leasing office or available to answer a phone at the property. Even the management office, which is the phone number on the website, wasnt able to connect us with anyone who could help. We ended up waiting outside on the street for 35 minutes until we decided to leave because it would not be worth living here if we couldnt even get in touch with anyone for a scheduled tour.

The new management does not care for the residents. Outsiders are constantly coming in to steal packages. Coming into the building to roam around the parking and halls. When you tell the property management. They simply dont care. They brush it off and have no concern for the residents safety. We use to have security with roundhouse. Abra simply doesnt care. They have so many empty apartments since Ive been here. Most likely people are fed up. Its obvious whoever they have running this place is not adequate and fit to manage this building. I am not only speaking specifically about the mangers on site but the people over at the corporate office. Ive called with my concerns and as many other tenants and you get the cold shoulder. Its very unfortunate because this building has potential to be great. Not sure if the owners know how badly their property is being managed. Anyway! Stay away if you dont want your packages stolen. Your cars being broken into and obviously if you simply want management to do something about it.
