It's a lot of Rats in the garage I would even say it's Rat infested! Need to do a better job maintaining these rats. Car got vandalized after a month of living here. Need better Security at least 2 guards patrolling at all times not just one! For amount of rent you are paying stuff needs to be damn near perfect!

I'm still on my first month here but the team has been extremely helpful with the entire application process. We've bumped into some obstacles and Daniel had a lot of patience in helping us out.
The building is beautifully taken care of, and everyone has been ready to assist us during the move.
I rarely give reviews, so taking the time to be here just shows how satisfied I've been so far.

DO NOT APPLY HERE: If you are thinking about applying here please continue to read this. I applied for a unit in November 2022. After about a week I was informed my application was denied. No problem. I was told that my security deposit of $500 was processed on November 14 and that it would take a 7-10 business days to receive the check in the mail. On December 5 I emailed
Lizzette Aguilen to check the status of my refund. She claims to find out why there is a delay. Fast forward several weeks I did not here from her at all. I finally get someone on the phone and they inform me that Lizzette does not work there anymore. The woman on the phone says she will contact accounting to see what the issue is. Never heard back from her. Then on Jan 4 I talk to Erma who states that she will contact accounting to see what the issue is. AGAIN I havent heard anything to this day. I continue to call and no one answers the phone at their office. This place has essentially robbed me of $500 security deposit. I would encourage no one to rent from this place based on the way they do business. Someone needs to reach out to me and make this right.

I am trying to find the regional supervisor for City Lights on Fig to report the unprofessional, gaslighting, and abusive behavior of Noah Vanaman, the current manager, towards an apartment of 3 women of color. I have lived here 2 years and have never been treated this way. Especially, after the repeated flooding of my apartment and excrement left on my bathroom floor and in my shower by the supplied plumbers.
