BH Properties are the most unprofessional company you can only imagine. They don't care about tenants at all. You will never get any information: name, phone number, email or physical address of anyone in charge of anything. The ONLY contact person is a Property manager, who never know any answers, because "they wait to hear from office". All the complaints, phone calls, emails are unanswered. Terrible, unprofessional business model. People stay here only because of location, nothing else. Be ready to live with broken elevator or water leaks from the sealing for weeks.

Great location, good building overall, fast fixes. Amazing rooftop views, EV chargers, recycling bins, laundry. The managers...I've had a love-hate relationship with them for over three years. They are a very caring old couple who genuinely care about who to rent apartments to, not only based on your income/credit/other formalities, but also your personality. They keep the building neat and safe. But sometimes they can go overboard, be obnoxious and break your personal boundaries. I've had a tough time defending my right to choose roommates, just because the manager had bad feelings about them. Be prepared for annual $100 rent increases. No bargaining with the company. Overall, we haven't had any major issues with the management, so if you are a decent human being, with a steady income and good credit, you will be welcome and happy in this building.

Also often ask Tennant's to write false accusation letters about other tenants. Accusing them of violence. Be careful, stay away.
