The apartment is good but the mangers is no good she has a ugly attitude she doesn’t belong to have this manger job position.

My family and I are new and current resident here at the North Towers Building. I'm writing this review as an appreciation for the service that was recently attended to. Also, for making sure that everyone's safety in regards to Covid19 virus. Our Landlord, Jenny and the maintenance crew, have done a wonderful job here at the North Tower building and in our unit. Jenny, is very friendly, open-minded, courteous and professional with her work. Handles situations with a positive attitude, readily available to offer support, and collaborates with outside authorities exceptionally well. Most importantly, helped us put out the fire that took down our oven. Furthermore, she made sure that we are okay. I would also like to thank Victor, our custodian, for his professionalism. He's thorough, competent and conforms to distancing guideline. He understands distancing guideline and safety awareness by keeping his distance of at least 6 feet apart. Phillip, a custodian as well at the building, is helpful and keeps the premises clean. Follow up review - 6/26/21 I think one of the most important part of finding a place to live in or an apartment is to be able to call it home. It's been roughly six months since my family have moved in and also my first initial review of the apartment complex. So far, it's been a blessing living here. The maintenance crew/employees are great. They work hard and do their best for everything to be copacetic. As for the person in charge, Jenny is nothing, but professional with her work. She is friendly, open-minded, courteous, and really handles all situations at her best. I'm sure managing an apartment complex of this size is not an easy feat, and I would like to say thank you for making it that much better. Ultimately, we all strive to get the best for what we pay for. Sometimes, we just need to be more responsible for the actions and decisions we make and not blame others for our own mistakes. Moving here was one of the best decision we made as family. Nothing is perfect, but it all worked out. Thank you, North Towers and the Crew.

We love this place. We’ve lived here for over 10 years and have had nothing but positive and amazing experience. The manager has been very reasonable and professional in dealing with tenants and everything related to the upkeep of the building. I am shocked and appalled with the surprisingly negative review below, this person must has done something that compromised the safety of other tenants including children in the building. Obviously the vague review doesn’t the tell the whole story.
