        i been living here since Aug 2023 and Im already determined to renew my lease. The neighborhood is amazing: beautiful and safe to walk at night. Im a young professional and my company is 30min walking distance from here. Also the maintenance team is very nice: I clogged my kitchen at 8pm once and Felix and his team came to help us within 20minute after I called emergency and fixed it pretty soon. Thank you! The building is also very beautiful - it reminds me of Getty Villa!

        Ben on the maintenance staff is absolutely amazing and any time we've had to have an issue resolved, he's been quick to come by, help us out, and put in the extra effort to make sure our problem was solved + then some. Absolutely love the staff here and everyone's been so kind and helpful since we moved in a few months ago.
