I lived here for nearly 3 years and I loved it, Mark and Sheena are the nicest and always very helpful and well mannered. I always felt pretty safe in building and the other tenants are very civilized. I never really had any complaints or issues as a tenant here. Thank you for being my home for the last few years.

The tenants are loud and management wont fix it. Also, water is constantly being shut off for days at a time.

Update, the management staff has really turned living here into. A nightmare, they enter my apt without 24 hr notification, the elevator or garage gate is always broken and stay broken for months, i recently came home to a giant hole cut into my ceiling with no notification that anyone was even entering my apt and the workers opened my closets and used my bathroom and left my front door open and unlocked for the entire day not once but twice when I talk to the office they are useless and Scheena is rude and has a way of trying to make you fell bad for their mistakes. I have had two packages stolen from my front door step and found homeless people camping out in the emergency stairways along with drug paraphernalia i. The stairways (like foil with burn marks and glass pipes and straws) a homeless man also throws food and other random things in to my apt from the street so I am unable to leave my windows open. So I no longer love this place LOVE LOVE LOVE LIVING HERE. since moving here, Ive felt like Im on vacation or living at a nice air B and B in the best way possible.. neighbors are chill, amenities are awesome, staff is hella attentive and quick to make repairs. When I was apt hunting I visited so many locations for apt communities, and 1111 wilshire won my heart. When I started the app process, the rent was actually 70 dollars cheaper per month.... that never happens. They have a dog park on the roof, the location cant be beat ( its a ten min walk to 7th street metro station and next to the freeway. When I get home, I can walk everywhere. I cant say enough great things also, having a washer and dryer in unit has been life changing.
