E On Grand

I initially left a negative review due to an issue with our security deposit. A member of senior management responded to our review, however, and made things right. I enjoyed everything else about my experience here, and considering they assisted me with the security deposit issue as well I have to say I wholeheartedly recommend E on Grand. These are safe, well-kept, well-managed apartments in a very convenient location.

It has been a year since I moved in. The property manager (shout out to Jo) has been a great help which has made our stay so much pleasant. He is very responsive and always goes above and beyond to address the resident needs. You can tell he cares about the tenants here, which is so rare to have. I am very glad to have Jo as the property manager.

Spectacular customer service. Ive lived here for about 10 months and I recently moved out. The customer service here was very good and the staff was super kind to me. I am a college student living with my friends and they supported and guided us through our time here. this apartment was a very great choice for our first apartment we rented. I highly recommend this place to any students in need for a nice apartment in DTLA. I am a computer science major going to UCLA now(transferred from LACC).
