        Absolutely 5 stars for Pro Cleaners!! I recently brought in a cream colored cotton coverlet with lipstick, marker and water stains courtesy of playful grandkids. I was pretty sure I was going to have to discard but thought Id try once to get the stains out and brought it to Pro all the way from Hollister. I used to live in Los Altos and was very satisfied with their work. I knew if anybody could revive my coverlet, Pro could. They did!! Like new!! Thank you, thank you.

        Customer service sucks they lost my credit on their computer. Now they say they do not have it and the lady said this never happens. I honestly wish I kept the receipt for proof but it did occur.
