THE WORST dry cleaning shop I've ever been to. Poor management, very disorganized, and terrible manners. They couldnt complete the cleaning at the agreed upon time, promised refund but later denied, had trouble finding our clothes, threatened not to give back my sweater, didnt feel responsible for their mistakes, and argued loudly with us in the store even though I just wanted to pick up my last batch of clothes and never come back. Its not the kind of honest&hardworking local business that people should support.

Unfortunately I can't put MINUS 10. They ruined my curtains and instead of having open and professional conversation about the remediation started to put all blame on me-that I'm rude, disrespectful to their business (ha, they ruined the staff, should the business to be respectful to customers?. It went ugly. Also I already knew that the order is ruined because it was not done on time when I showed up to pick them up, and they started to say if I would like to see the curtains because they are already clean The point even is not about the ruined staff, but people are not professional in dealing with the clients' problems and handling the cleaning. Shocked to find a such attitude in the heart of Silicon Valley. Service: Drapery & window cover cleaning
