They ruined my curtains and instead of having open and professional conversation about the remediation started to put all blame on me-that I'm rude, disrespectful to their business (ha, they ruined the staff, should the business to be respectful to customers?. It went ugly. Also I already knew that the order is ruined because it was not done on time when I showed up to pick them up, and they started to say if I would like to see the curtains because they are already clean The point even is not about the ruined staff, but people are not professional in dealing with the clients' problems and handling the cleaning. Shocked to find a such attitude in the heart of Silicon Valley.

I dont know how this place gets high reviews. Maybe I got incredibly unlucky. Nobody got back to me multiple times, a lot of back and worth and misunderstanding, and finally the clothes could not be cleaned properly (I had to wash my bagpack in the washing machine afterwards and it was perfectly clean)

Poor customer service. If you want to waste time on a lot of back and forth and end up with nothing being done, then you might choose this place.

This one of the best dry cleaners i had ever been, best customer service, wonderful work, and great prices of all, owner rafael and his wife were amazing
