Dr. Nguyen is the most horrible Doctor I have ever encountered. My hemoglobin is low, and he did not care about my low blood levels. I will be finding a new primary care physician. I do not recommend this Doctor.

I have been trying for 2 1/2 weeks to get a  call back nothing ! I've called so many times and left messages it's just unbelievable to me they can't back to maybe say we can't do no more patients or something ,so I can go to someone else I practically begged for call back very very poor business,In fact maybe he lost the business who knows

I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. I was highly alarmed upon seeing the equipment that was to be used. Everything looked completely outdated and downright dangerous!

I've seen Dr. Nguyen for 2 years now.   Unlike other doctors, he takes the time to listen and to diagnose the problem.   There were several appointments where I was talking with him for 1/2 to 3/4 hour.   His methodology is unique in that he doesn't ask for unnecessary tests, trials, and screenings.   I trust him, because he keeps himself up to date with the latest medicine and technology.     It also helps that the office is fully setup for electronic medical records, and hence the RNS and doctor carry their own laptops.    I received electronic reminders for appointments and there is even a dedicated website.
