This location overcharged me by 1,000 dollars, the manager refused to help and when I called U-Haul corporate to file a complaint was promised a call within 2 business days. 6 days later no call

The service here is horrible! I came to get a refill and I waited for 30 minutes! There were two staff working, one was on his phone walking around and not doing anything. He saw that I was waiting to get refilled (I went inside and notified them that I needed a refill). I was asked to wait outside meanwhile the staff that was working inside was still assisting customers who were behind me. Finally, I was helped and I was told my tank couldnt be refilled because it was expiredmind you I came here before to get refilled multiple times with the same tank. Perhaps they have strict propane policies with refills, and Ill respect that. But dont waste my time. If the staff follows the policy notify the customer by saying Is your tank expired? If so, you would need to exchange the tank. Then immediately, we as a customer will figure out whether or not the tank is expired rather than waiting 30 minutes to be told that information. For those who are reading this, go somewhere else for service. The customer service is horrible its best to drive up to another U-Haul with better reviews on Google and service. Trust me!
