We highly recommend Cindy. We love Cindy! We were first-time home buyers moving to Long Beach to be closer to family. We didn't know the market, the neighborhood or the home-buying process. Cindy knows all three, and she knows them well. Very well. She listened to our dreams (2 BR, 2BA, within 2 blocks from the beach and parks) as well as our limitations (money). She found homes and arranged visits that fit our schedule. She professionally explained the process, and addressed our fears with intelligence and warmth. Then, when we found the home we wanted, she expertly guided our offer and conditions to close the deal with just one minor counter-offer, and later negotiated a buyer credit for repair. And then she worked hard with everyone (lender, escrow, seller, etc.) to help us close incredibly fast -- Under 20 days from contract to closing!. We cannot recommend her highly enough. She is smart. She is savvy. She is Cindy!
